If you are a photographer who uses Lightroom to organize your photos you can benefit from using the web tools in Lightroom to create galleries for display and proofing. Just by using the options and tweaking a bit in other applications you can get a very good display gallery.

After launching this spring, the summer has been busy with several new productions (which you will hear about more soon) that will see the light on the web or on DVDs. However, we want to be out there, presenting and training to you! To be able to fulfill that goal, we are giving all event organizers a very good deal this fall.

Free Seminars/Speaking at Your Event!
Whether you are a small photo club, a business or a big trade show, you can sign us up for your event for free. That is right, this fall only we are not going to charge for our speaking gigs. The only cost will be reimbursement for travel to and from your venue as well as necessary hotel nights.
Our offer is not just good for Sweden but all around the globe, even though we realize that travel costs will obviously be higher the further away from Sweden your venue is.
The offer is good for all seminars that we have as well as custom tailored talks for your event.
Are you interested in this offer and would like to have us come visiting you? Just send us an email through the contact form or call us which you can also do if you have any questions or would like to know more.
As a part of Sigrid Rudebecks Gymnasium’s (a sixth-form college in Gothenburg, Sweden) annual culture days, we held a photography seminar, a live photo shoot. The official title in Swedish, Lär dig ta proffsiga porträttbilder (english, Learn to take professional portrait images) set high expectations among the students, resulting in a crowd of about 50.
The seminar was made as a live shoot of two models, boy and girl, to highlight different techniques you can use when posing and lighting for pleasing portraits. Below are some photos taken during the seminar.

Join us in a first online webinar on the new Creative Suite 5 themed specifically for designers.
In the webinar, we are going to cover some new features in the CS5 throughout the Design Premium suite and how some of these new features can come to great use in your design projects. Instead of just looking at each feature on its own the goal is to give you ideas on how you can fit them into your own projects while I throw in my favorite new, smaller additions.
Look forward to a filled hour going from Photoshop, through Illustrator and into InDesign and the brand new FlashCatalyst, showing you a bit what you can do there after working in both Photoshop and Illustrator.
The seminar will be held on May 26th and 8 p.m Central European Time which is 7 p.m London, 2 p.m New York (Eastern) and 11 a.m San Francisco (Pacific).
Head over to the official seminar page to get all the info on how to tune it.
Last Wednesday, we launched a brand new podcast in the network, called “Lär dig Lightroom” (translated, Learn Lightroom) which is our first venture into the Swedish sector, which is our local one.
In the show, you will week by week, learn new how to process your photos in Lightroom and how to go about your workflow in the application. Fear not if you are one of our English viewers, another new podcast, Learning Lightroom, will arrive soon for you.
The new podcast is a video podcast that comes out with a new episode weekly on Tuesdays and is of course free for all. The show is available in both a HD format (1280×720) and an SD format, also optimized for the iPhone/iPod Touch.
You can subscribe to the show from iTunes or a general media RSS feed, for both the SD and HD shows.
