Mouseposé is one of my favorite little utility applications. What it does is add a few extra features to your Mac that is perfect when doing screen demos, whether on a projector or through video online. Basically, it adds two major things: Callouts and showing of keyboard shortcuts.
Doing Photoshop demos all the time, it is especially useful to be able, not only to zoom in on the screen (a behavior which is built in to OS X) but also highlight the area I am working on to quickly help users follow the cursor. Additionally, being able to show keyboard shortcuts to users is very helpful as it makes more sense overall when watching a video.
