Searchplus is a newly founded Chinese-Swedish executive search company focusing on positions within IT, High Tech and Direct Investment. It is based in Shanghai, China.
They came to us with a brand profile already created, for help in creating their new and first website. It needed to look the part, display the company properly and to feature some enhanced featured around displaying open jobs to candidates.
Modern, Beautiful Responsive Design
First and foremost, we set about creating a beautiful, modern web design that of course is completely responsive. When creating the design for Searchplus we wanted to find a balance between the traditionally serious executive search industry, and a more creative light modern and young approach.
The design for Searchplus balances the two carefully, as does the mission and company culture of Searchplus. Thanks to our great discussion and collaboration with the team at Searchplus, the result is a design that both feels fresh and modern, but also reflects the personality of the company.
Powerful Job Functionality and Easy Admin Workflows
An executive search company’s prime focus is finding candidates for their open positions. Naturally, Searchplus needed to display jobs on their site. Within WordPress we developed a basic jobs system where Searchplus can easily post and manage open positions. Applications are sent directly to Searchplus, which is just what their current workflow requires.
Adding and managing jobs are made easy for Searchplus thanks to the intuitive admin interface which we’ve created for them based on the already user-friendly WordPress UI.
It’s not only jobs either. Searchplus can manage their entire website from all the marketing pages, to staff, jobs and blog posts through respective intuitive workflows. The power of our custom page builder lets Searchplus create beautiful marketing pages that match their brand and design, without having to think about the design part.
The website not only presents the business well, but makes job applications easy to manage. From a candidate point of view, applying for a job is a simple process. Editors are faced with a swift workflow when updating the site, from blogging to adding new jobs.
